Where Is Your Focus?

Isaiah 32:17  “The fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever.”

 

 

 

 

 

            When we live in a way that is pleasing to God he will make even our enemies live in peace with us.  This verse is a promise from God, a righteous life will be blessed by peace and confidence. Will there be conflict, times of struggle, or heartache? Yes. Though God will protect us, he will never let us be consumed by the world as long as we keep our focus on him.

In my life I have learned that I can find peace in any situation if I take my eyes off my problems and focus on God. Often times the solution to our problems does not necessarily require a change of circumstance or surroundings, just simply a change in attitude and focus. What is your focus?
