Max Lucado's Facing Your Giants, really helped me while I was trying to work through my divorce. I was constantly battling the forgiveness vs. justice dilemma. The book focuses on King David and how he continually thrived and failed throughout his life. It helped give me hope in my situation and also allowed me to see a Biblical "Hero" in a whole new light. The book quickly draws you in and uses David's life to give hope to our generation.
